Hey buddy, can you spare a quartah...
I guess were now officially homeless.
Well on paper anyway. Our closing was scheduled for 12:30 this afternoon, and now its 3:00 So I guess its done.
We gave our lawyer power of attorney so we didnt have to go.
No more house.
But what we now lack in housing (bad wiring, floors that need refinishing, leaky windows) we make up for in moolah. Which is much more portable, and it doesnt ever need a new hot water heater. It does tend to get a bit warm though. Especially when its burning a hole in my pocket.
